Service Directives.

Guidelines for interaction with the Nexus v11 neural framework. Last updated: April 2026.

01 // Uplink Authorization

By establishing an uplink, you authorize Nexus to manage roles, messages, and administrative data within your server. This includes creating, modifying, and deleting channels and roles as required by the framework's automated protocols (ticket system, auto-role, moderation).

02 // Acceptable Conduct

Users are prohibited from attempting to breach the Singularity Core, manipulate neural economy values via exploits, or abuse rate-limit vulnerabilities. Any attempt to reverse-engineer the bot's internal logic, exploit bugs for financial gain, or automate interactions will result in immediate and permanent blacklisting.

03 // Service Availability

The Nexus framework operates on a best-effort basis with a target of 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced via the official changelog and Discord support sector. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by Discord API outages, MongoDB Atlas incidents, or hosting provider issues.

04 // Data Ownership

All server-specific data (economy balances, moderation logs, configuration, XP/levels) belongs to the server administrator. Nexus retains no ownership claim over user-generated content processed through the framework.

05 // Termination

Founders reserve the right to revoke sectoral access at any time for protocol violations, including but not limited to: economy exploitation, automated abuse, terms of service violations, or behavior deemed harmful to the ecosystem. Users may terminate their uplink at any time by removing the bot.

06 // Intellectual Property

The Nexus Protocol codebase is released under the MIT License. You are free to view, fork, and modify the source code. However, the "Nexus" name, branding, and associated visual assets remain the property of the project founders. Forks must not use the Nexus name without explicit permission.

07 // Limitation of Liability

The Nexus Protocol is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the developers be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, server disruption, or economic value discrepancies. Use at your own discretion.
